6. Project Revisions
Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced and due.
8. Limitation of Liability
spoticloud.co.uk is not liable for any loss, damage, or legal action resulting from the use of our services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in United Kingdom and and we will use an arbitration firm to find an amicable solution.
